Training and Technical Support
Wyoming Nonprofit Network (WNN) has implemented WyoGives Connect, the required communication platform for WyoGives participating nonprofits. All announcements, resources, training materials, and updates will be shared through this platform, and nonprofits can schedule one-on-one support with the WNN team for specific questions that the Nonprofit FAQs and Donor FAQs pages do not answer.
The Wyoming Nonprofit Network team will host a series of training sessions to help participating organizations make the most of their WyoGives participation. These sessions will cover storytelling, donor engagement, platform navigation, and strategies to strengthen your WyoGives campaign. Recordings, slides, and additional resources will be made available after each training session. The upcoming trainings are listed below.
WyoGives 2026 Kick-off Webinar
March 3, 2026, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
This webinar will provide an overview of WyoGives and the Wyoming Nonprofit Network, review the WyoGives 2026 campaign timeline and key dates, and highlight upcoming training opportunities to help participating nonprofits prepare for a successful giving day. We’ll also provide a guide for returning organizations to complete a brief self-assessment to support early planning for 2026. Plus, we’ll walk you through key dashboard tools, sharing your organization’s profile, and accessing the Nonprofit Toolkit, including templates, customizable graphics, and resources.
Power Hour: WyoGives 2026 Kick-off

This interactive Power Hour provides dedicated time for questions, clarification, and hands-on support following the WyoGives 2026 Kick-Off Webinar. Participants can get help navigating the dashboard, reviewing key next steps, and discussing early planning considerations with the WyoGives team.
Maximizing Impact with WyoGives: Matches, Challenges, and Donor-Advised Funds

In this session, we’ll explore how match and challenge gifts and the use of donor-advised funds can strengthen your WyoGives campaign by increasing donor engagement and maximizing fundraising impact. You’ll learn strategies for securing and setting up matches, communicating them effectively to donors, and using these tools to encourage broader participation from your supporters and increased giving on WyoGives Day.

This interactive Power Hour offers time for questions, scenario discussion, and practical support following the Matches, Challenges, and Donor-Advised Funds training. Participants can explore how to structure matches, address donor-advised fund questions, and refine messaging strategies to maximize impact during WyoGives.
Marketing & Storytelling for WyoGives
April 28, 2026, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
In this session, we’ll guide you through crafting a clear and compelling message, developing a “why donate” narrative that resonates with supporters, and building a campaign calendar to keep your efforts on track. You’ll also learn best practices for planning and scheduling social media, as well as creating an effective outreach strategy to engage donors and maximize your WyoGives campaign impact. Plus, we’ll walk you through accessing the Nonprofit Toolkit, including templates, customizable graphics, and resources.

This interactive Power Hour provides time for questions, idea-sharing, and practical support following the Marketing & Storytelling training. Plus, we’ll walk you through key dashboard tools, sharing your organization’s profile, and accessing the Nonprofit Toolkit, including templates, customizable graphics, and resources.

This interactive Power Hour provides time for questions, live walkthroughs, and practical support following the Giving Day Profile training. Participants can get help reviewing profile content, troubleshooting dashboard features, and ensuring their WyoGives profile is complete and ready to engage donors.
